The location in the heart of Athens is fantastic for shopping and dining. Walking to various attractions feels effortless. The spacious rooms add a level of comfort hard to find in city hotels. The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the fresh fruit and croissants that helped start the day right. Staff members were exceptional, really going out of their way to assist with local recommendations. However, there was a notable issue with noise at night from nearby establishments, making it slightly hard to fall asleep. Also, the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially with heavy bags. While the room decor was modern and inviting, the bathroom's design could use a bit more privacy. Room service was prompt, but the app for door access failed after a few days, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a great stay with room for improvement in certain areas.

We had an incredible two-night getaway. The Elegant Double Room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff, especially Georgia at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist after my fall. Dining options around the hotel provided delightful meals and a safe atmosphere at night. Highly recommend!
